Founder and Directors

Elenoa Vakatogatoga is the Founder and Director of Loveshine Fijian Homecare . Elenoa moved to the United States 9 years ago and realized that there was a need for high-quality home care services that were affordable and accessible for everyone. She founded Loveshine Fijian Homecare with the oal of providing exceptional care to seniors and people with disabilities who want to age in place with dignity, respect, and love.
